🔁 Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must contact us before returning the item
- To start a return, please email us at contact@fanzonshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations :
- Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Not Received
We estimate delivery within:
- 1–3 business days for processing
- 9–15 business days for shipping
- Please allow up to 20 business days to account for potential delays (weather, customs, or postal issues).
- If your item has not arrived after 25 days, you are eligible for a 100% refund. Contact us at contact@fanzonshop.com for assistance.
Damaged on Arrival :
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, you can choose:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Shipping costs will be fully covered by us in these cases.
Defective After Use (Within 14 Days):
If your item becomes defective or stops working within 14 days of delivery, please contact us at contact@fanzonshop.com.
You may return the item, and choose between:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product was faulty at delivery.
Change of Mind :
If you change your mind about your purchase:
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item
- Items must be unused, and in original packaging
- Return shipping is at your expense

Exchanges :
Need a different product? You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping is paid by the customer

Received the Wrong Item?
If you received an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or send the correct item

Our return address will be provided by email once your return is approved.
Please do not send returns to the address on your package without contacting us first.
