Order Not Received :
If your order has not arrived:
- Orders are typically delivered within 9–15 business days, after a 1–3 business day processing time.
- Please allow up to 20 business days for potential delays (weather, customs, or postal issues).
- If your order has not arrived after 25 business days, you are eligible for a 100% refund to your original payment method. Please contact us at contact@fanzonshop.com.
Damaged on Arrival:
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos or videos of the damaged item to contact@fanzonshop.com.
After reviewing your case, you can choose:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged items.
Defective After Use (within 14 Days)
If your item becomes defective within 14 days of delivery:
- Contact us at contact@fanzonshop.com with a description of the issue.
We will provide return instructions.
Once the item is returned and inspected, you may choose:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We will cover return shipping costs if the product was faulty.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind:
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you’d like to exchange an item:
